2. Description of Service

VoiceInk is an AI-powered voice-to-text application that provides:

•Real-time speech transcription and recording.
•AI-powered text rewriting and formatting.
•Note management, organization, and search.
•Custom rewrite prompts and styles.
•Multi-language support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with VoiceInk, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

•Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
•All activities that occur under your account.
•Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscription & Billing

VoiceInk offers free and paid subscription plans:

•Free Plan: Limited features and usage as described on our pricing page.
•Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
•Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
•Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
•Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
•Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoiceInk to:

•Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
•Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
•Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
•Use the Service for automated scraping, data mining, or any purpose other than its intended use.
•Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
•Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

•Your Content: You retain all rights to the text and content you create using VoiceInk. We do not claim ownership of your transcriptions, notes, or any other content you generate.
•Our Service: VoiceInk, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
•Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

•VoiceInk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
•We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
•We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
•Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
•We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated transcriptions or rewrites. Always review important content before use.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

•Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
•We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days).
•You may request an export of your data before termination takes effect.
•Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including liability limitations, intellectual property provisions, and dispute resolution).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoiceInk operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

•Updating the "Last Updated" date.
•Sending an email notification for material changes.

Your continued use of VoiceInk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
